I've been wasting SOOOOOO much time on this 360. Lately I've been addicted to Battlefied 2. There's something a little crazy about some fourteen year old kid with a headset giving me orders in a virtual war. Yeah... I kind of suck.

"Private Dutch!!!! We need sniper fire on that tower ASAP! Get it done!"
"Sir Yes Sir!!!"

One of my buddies Zaheri is convinced that competitive videogaming is the sport of the future and he kind has me convinced now too. Apparently, professional videogame players are huge in Asia. And the other day I saw an ad on DirecTV for a PPV showing of some big videogame tournament in Europe. I could see it catching on just as big as poker here in the states... maybe even bigger if they could somehow figure out how to make a fragfest watchable. The team aspect of the tournaments sprouting up is definitely something that I think is a plus over poker. Check this out.

To prepare for the upcoming competitive videogame explosion, Bobby and I are starting a clan on Xbox Live. At first we're focusing on Battlefied 2.
